SMC was established by me in 1999 to help cater for the health care needs of my community which then needed a modern health care facility with a communal, family touch, a facility that will deliver up to date Medicare through the use of high tech, a clean and comfortable facility and that will attend to the community needs.

And that is exactly what we have been providing to the community since the inception of SMC, we have contributed to the improvement of infant and maternal mortality rates in the community and other health care indices of the community has also improved.
